Amazing location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Very easy to get from Ballina Byron Gateway airport, just 0.5 km. Amicable staff with a smile. Fine and awesome food;)))

This family-run hotel offers splendid views and a lovely setting. I stayed in a standard cabin with an outdoor bathroom, and it was so close to the Ballina business center and the banks of the Ballina Inlet.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect as it was situated right on the banks of the Ballina inlet, providing us with stunning views of the water. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace with a dining table. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and we also had access to a shared kitchen. The flat-screen TV and comfortable beds added to the overall comfort of our stay.

I loved staying at this accommodation, right on the water in a picturesque location with a sandy beach. The cabin I stayed in was spacious and had all the facilities one could ask for, including a fully decked-out barbeque on the deck and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's cleanliness was spot on. Moreover, the location was convenient, close to local shops and the pub, and offered convenient parking facilities.

Couldn't find any faults at all - this hotel was a delight to stay at, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a fantastic Northern Rivers getaway with tranquil views of the inlet.

The location of our cabin was great, right by the water with fantastic views. The cabin itself had everything we needed and was well equipped with a full-size fridge, kitchen preparation space, and a private laundry. We also loved the fact that it was pet-friendly and we were able to bring our furry friend on holiday with us.

The cabin needed a good clean and there were areas that had not been attended to for some time. Additionally, the noise from the adjacent hotel on weekends was quite loud and went late into the night, meaning we lost some sleep. we enjoyed our stay but there were a few difficult aspects that detracted from the overall experience.

Great view of the water from the room and easy access to the walking trail. the temporary bathrooms were very clean and a nice size, unlike the permanent ones. the coffee shop outside the hotel was fantastic and had great breakfast options.

The noise from the pub next door kept us up at night, even after the music stopped. Traffic was also very loud and kept us up early in the morning.

The noise level around some parts of the hotel may be a nuisance to light sleepers.
